Free yourself from the ills of the world

Have you ever noticed that from the time that you wake up in the morning to the time that you go to sleep, that bad news is all around you?
Silly question-withdrawn।
From wars, to rumors of wars, to pestilence and the worlds end, we are bombarded with bad news on an daily basis triggering a form of mild attention deficit disorder within oursleves unrivaled in modern society।
If you are like I used to be, you used to let the daily news shows, and newspapers dominate your life.
Well I have a solution for you, and it's quite simple and costs you nothing.
Don't watch the news, or read the daily newspaper.
I REPEAT-Do not watch the news, or read the daily newspaper.
As a matter of fact, if you are a daily newspaper enthusiast you stand to save quite a bit of money in the long hall on paper alone not to mention the "green-effect."
Now, before you accuse me of burying my head in the sand like some scared ostrich consider this:
Is keeping up with the local or world news really going to add a single day to your life?
Is your life better because you know every trivial blip that happens out there?
Being a news junkie can only guarantee you one thing, mild attention deficit disorder and an ulcer.
Make yourself a challenge today.
Turn off the news and put down the paper for one week, and if you don't notice the difference in yourself regarding an attitude shift towards the positive I will remove this post.
It's worked wonders for me and I know that it will work wonders for you also.
